An ICM Poll for the BBC has shown Charles Kennedy to be the most trusted of the main party leaders, with voters believing him to be more in touch than Tony Blair and Michael Howard. Charles Kennedy was voted most trusted of the three Party Leaders by 58% of people and 59% thought he was the most in touch.
Tony Blair was thought of as most trusted by 39% and most in touch by 33%. Michael Howard was only seen as most trusted by 33% and in touch by 29%.
