Nicola Davies has turned up the heat on Labour's failure over urban Post Offices. She will be joined by Liberal Democrat Chief Whip Andrew Stunell MP and Department of Trade and Industry spokesman Brian Cotter in campaigning against the closure of a third of all the Post Offices in Hodge Hill constituency.

Nicola Davies said: "The government treats Post Offices as though they are just like any other business - but they provide an important service to local communities. They provide information, help and access pensions and benefits - they don't just sell stamps. Just in March Labour MPs in Birmingham voted in favour of the closure of a third of the Post Offices in urban areas. This plan could see five local Post Offices in Hodge Hill Closed. Every vote for the Labour Party is a vote to close your local Post Office."
