Royal Mail fails to deliver

Royal Mail has, this year, failed all of its targets according to results recently published. Royal Mail has 15 targets and for the first time ever has failed every single one.
Only 88% of ordinary first class mail is arriving the next day (against a target of 91%) and 98% of ordinary second class mail arriving arrving in time (against a target of 98.5%). These figures come at a time when Royal Mail is calling for the price of stamps to actually be increased.
