Councillor Tariq Khan on BBC News this evening

Councillor Tariq Khan, Deputy Leader of Birmingham Liberal Democrat Council Group and Washwood Heath Councillor will be on BBC Midlands Today at 6.30pm this evening. Councillor Khan will be discussing Eid and the community and problems that sometime occur.
One particular problem has been with youngsters driving up and down Alum Rock Road from the afternoon to the early hours which has a detrimental effect on businesses and residents. This problem has been going on for a number of years but Councillor Khan and others have worked closely with the police and other agencies in the area to tackle this. This weekend saw the police doing an excellent job tackling these anti-social problems.
